I made a reservation and visited on the weekend.I ordered the Unaju (grilled eel over rice), Shirayaki (grilled eel without sauce), and Kimo-yaki (grilled eel liver).Since it was the season for new eels, I was curious if they were new, and they had a nice, firm texture that I really enjoyed.The Shirayaki lived up to its great reputation on Tabelog, with a delightful texture that had a nice contrast, making it quite impressive.The Kimo-yaki had a slight bitterness that added to its depth, giving it a more sophisticated flavor.I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
