Number of visitors: 2Reservation: YesReview:This was one of the restaurants I had wanted to visit for a long time, and I finally got the chance after winning a reservation challenge that opens at the beginning of each month for OMAKASE!We started with a pre-meal drink of Jikon. The course began with an impressive array of dishes, alternating between creatively crafted appetizers and perfectly grilled skewers. The richness of the skewers was balanced beautifully by the appetizers served in between, allowing for a delightful experience without overwhelming my stomach. I was truly impressed by the thoughtful design of the meal, which kept the deliciousness going until the very end!Among the skewers, the chōchin (grilled chicken tail), chicken breast, liver, and tsukune (chicken meatball) were particularly delicious. The standout appetizers included a grilled Palermo-style soup and shiitake mushrooms wrapped in tsukune, which were especially memorable when dipped in egg!To finish off, we were treated to a barrage of carbohydrates with takikomi gohan (seasoned rice), curry, ramen, and grilled rice balls, which knocked me out! We concluded with a crème brûlée for dessert, making it a truly wonderful course!I was able to secure a reservation for my next visit, and I can’t wait! I’m glad I finally got to experience this restaurant, as I want to make it a regular spot!
