I heard this is Tabelog's No. 1, so I decided to visit.The ordering process is simple: you can choose between a large size (2 noodles) or a small size (1 noodle), and hot or cold.While waiting in line, they take your order.By the way, the cold option takes about 10 minutes longer, so they recommend that groups stick to either hot or cold.I chose the cold option and went with the small size, but I regretted not getting the large since I wasn't on a noodle tour.The noodles had a great chewy texture and a strong wheat flavor—truly deserving of being one of the top 100 restaurants!The fried items were also impressive, as they were still relatively warm and looked delicious.In the fried food section, they also sell udon and soy sauce for souvenirs, which I couldn't resist buying.
