I finally visited Yoroniku in Aoyama for my birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.The course was outstanding, featuring high-quality kimchi, yukhoe, juicy heart, and premium tongue, along with a remarkable honeycomb tripe soup that had a deep, flavorful broth.What stood out the most was the special cut dish, "Zabuton Sukiyaki with Truffle." The rich umami of the meat combined with a sweet sauce and the aromatic truffle created an unforgettable flavor.After refreshing my palate with somen noodles to finish off the meal, I chose "Shirokuma" shaved ice for dessert. The fluffy ice paired perfectly with its delicate sweetness, making it the ideal conclusion to the course!I was thoroughly satisfied with both the taste and service, and this is definitely a special place I want to visit again.
