I visited for the first time. The restaurant has a clean and pleasant atmosphere with 9 counter seats. The sushi rice was slightly smaller and had a nice balance of vinegar, paired with fresh seasonal toppings from spring to early summer that were delicious. Personally, I enjoyed two types of shellfish, which were of excellent quality and very tasty. Additionally, the shrimp from Amakusa was perfectly cooked, sweet, and delightful. I was extremely satisfied with both the service and the sushi.
