I visited Rin, a famous eel restaurant in Hamamatsu City, for lunch. This time, I ordered the delicious grilled eel rice bowl. At the beginning, they had a performance where they showed us the eels that would be used. Since they grill the eels right in front of the counter, it might be a bit smoky, but the aroma of the eel is wonderful.
