I had been wanting to visit this restaurant, which has been getting great reviews, and I finally made it! For the appetizer, I had a macaron infused with venison blood, but you wouldn't notice it unless you were told. The sweetness of the macaron paired perfectly with the saltiness of the pâté, making it delicious. For the main course, I had venison, which was tender and had no gamey taste. It went wonderfully with the foie gras sauce. The freshly baked financier served as a tea sweet was the best I’ve ever had! The annex also operates as a bakery, so I look forward to trying their bread next time.
