One of the top 10 motsuyaki restaurants in the country, possibly even in the top 5.Located in a stylish building near the south exit of Shinjuku Station, this two-story restaurant is quite spacious. We decided to go with the JPY 8,500 course, and it turned out to be the right choice.Everything we tried was delicious! Starting with the liver, I thought, "This is on another level!" The next skewer, the premium shiro, was absolutely incredible. How can it be so fluffy? These two skewers are a must-try. The tsukune (meatballs) and stuffed peppers were also flavorful, and they had a wonderfully wild touch that made the drinks go down smoothly.Just when I thought we had enough skewers, the beef section began, featuring meat sashimi and an incredibly rare outside skirt steak. We also enjoyed sukiyaki and motsu sashimi, along with caviar rice balls. I was amazed that such high-quality dishes kept coming for just JPY 8,500!It was absolutely fantastic. This is by far the best motsuyaki restaurant I've ever been to.
