This was my first visit.Not knowing how long the wait would be, I arrived about an hour early to check the line, and to my surprise, people had already started to queue! I joined the line without hesitation and was able to sit at the counter without any issues. The seating was a bit cramped, but it only heightened my anticipation.I started with the beef tongue sashimi, followed by heart and lean cuts. No photos allowed. Each dish was of exceptionally high quality, and while I wanted to order more, I was told that wasn’t allowed, so I moved on to the grilled items. I enjoyed tongue, liver, outside skirt, and knuckle main muscle, all of which were truly delicious! The liver, in particular, was fresh and perfectly cooked to my liking. I couldn’t help but order more.I also tried the recommended braised dish, which was of the highest quality as well!I only had meat and eggs this time, but I’m considering going for the full assortment next time.The counter seating allowed me to watch the chef skillfully prepare the dishes, making the experience enjoyable beyond just the taste.Next time, I might bring my family and make a reservation, or visit around 8 PM when it seems like seats might be available.Absolutely fantastic!
