I finally visited Tori Shige, which I had been curious about for a long time.As expected from the reviews, it was incredibly delicious. Each dish was cooked to perfection, allowing me to truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The skewers, in particular, had a wonderful balance of smokiness and juiciness, making it easy to enjoy my drinks.Overall, the quality was impressive, and I completely understood why it’s such a popular spot. The lively atmosphere of the restaurant added to the unique charm of Tori Shige.Although there was some inconsistency in the wait time for the skewers due to the large number of seats, I would definitely love to come back!
