I visited Jigen Do for the third time after six months, and it truly remains the number one place for wood-fired cuisine.I've tried other locations in the same chain, but Jigen Do allows you to fully enjoy the aroma of the wood, along with seasonal vegetables, fish, and meat in their courses, consistently exceeding my expectations.The signature dish of water spinach and flap meat is exquisite.Since visiting Jigen Do, I've tried several wood-fired restaurants, but none have matched this one.I've already made my next reservation, so I plan to return in about six months!
