I visited on a Friday at 11 AM.There were about two groups ahead of me, so I was able to make my purchase quickly.However, most of the fried items were sold out.You can choose between hot or cold, and I ordered the cold option.The customer before me was told that ordering hot would take longer, so it might depend on the timing.For the onsen tamago (hot spring egg) and raw egg, you can help yourself.You also pour the soy sauce yourself, but be careful not to overdo it since the udon itself is quite salty.The thick noodles have a nice bounce to them, which makes them unique.I can understand why many people get hooked on them.I enjoyed my meal in the car in the parking lot, but it seems there is also a dining space across from the restaurant.It was delicious, thank you for the meal!
