I finally visited Kalpasi, having made a reservation via LINE.It was raining on the day, but I was the first customer to arrive! ☝️The doors opened right on time, and I was guided to my seat.I couldn't contain my excitement.I had already decided on the menu, so I only needed to choose a drink.I opted for the limited edition Red Shiso Lassi for JPY 770.The menu for the day included the following:Japanese Menu:- Squid Liver Curry- Japanese Pepper Mutton Keema- Plum Chicken Curry- Dried Sardine Rasam- Yamagata-Style Kachumber Salad- Masala Goya Champuru- Nagaimo Achaar- Mixed Rice of Black Rice and Intica Rice- Gelato with Milk and Imo Shochu (Non-Alcoholic)The balance of flavors was exquisite, and I was extremely satisfied.I highly recommend it!
