I arrived before opening on Saturday and waited in line for about 1.5 hours to get inside.The interior was a beautifully stylish Japanese space. Each serving of soba was quite small, so men might find it insufficient even after ordering seconds. The hot soba served with a raw egg was exquisite. Additionally, I had never tried thick soba before, and it was a true delicacy.
