I made a reservation a few months ago to finally visit RESTAURANT UOZEN, a place I had always wanted to try.This restaurant offers gastronomic French cuisine that abundantly features game meat, all crafted into unique dishes using carefully selected local ingredients, resulting in a very high level of quality.The game meats, such as bear and wild boar, had no unpleasant odors at all, and the wild boar tenderloin steak was both tender and delicious.Everything was delightful, but the standout for me might have been the oysters.
