A famous restaurant in Nara! My family invited me here. It's located on the second floor in a somewhat hard-to-find area. As soon as you step through the entrance, it feels like a different world. The sophisticated interior was adorned with blue and red leaves. We enjoyed a meat kaiseki at the counter. First, they showed us the meat that would be used today. The presentation of the tongue was impressive! ✨ And then the course began. We were served various cuts of meat and a variety of meat dishes. Just watching it all was exciting. The highlight was definitely the shabu-shabu! ✨ The meat was so tender, and when I put it on rice, it was exquisite! ✨ The dessert was also incredibly delicious, something I had never tasted before. It was amazing! Thank you for the wonderful meal! ✨
