I visited on Saturday, July 4th, 2023, at 8:40 AM. After checking in, I was 11th in line. I spent the time until 10 AM visiting Kamaboko Suzuhiro and a local vegetable market, which went by quickly. The staff was very courteous from the moment I made my reservation for the eel, but after entering at 10 AM, it took until 10:50 AM for my Unaju (grilled eel over rice) to be served, which was quite a wait. I thought everyone might be in the same situation, but it seemed like the next group that entered didn’t wait as long. Perhaps it was just a matter of timing... The Unaju was absolutely delicious!
