Visited on May 10, 2026 (Sunday) at 12:25 PM (reservation made). This restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis. Reservations for Wednesday to Saturday open at 11 AM on the first day of the month, two months in advance (for May, it would be March 1 at 11 AM). Reservations for Sundays start at 11 AM on the Friday two days prior. It’s a popular spot that requires careful preparation to secure a reservation, with only eight seats available each day. I suspect this contributes to its popularity. The website tends to be overloaded for Wednesday to Saturday reservations, making it difficult to access. While there are fewer slots available on Sundays, I felt there was still a chance to secure a reservation. When making a reservation, you can choose your preferred cut of meat. I selected my first choice, two pieces of the rare Tenderloin (TOKYO X Tenderloin, totaling 80g, JPY 6,400).12:54 PM: Food served. The tonkatsu is clearly crafted with skill and care, resulting in an incredibly tender texture while still being perfectly cooked. It was truly delicious.I would love it if reservations were easier to secure, but perhaps the limited availability is what contributes to the high quality of the food. It’s quite challenging to make a reservation quickly, but if there’s an opening, I would definitely like to return.I estimate the dining experience lasts about an hour.
