Visited on May 2, 2026 (Saturday) at 10:52 AM (reservation made). It’s reservation only, and on this day, the restaurant was fully booked with a sign indicating no available seats. When I arrived, the entrance was already open, and although it was a bit early for my reservation time (11:00 AM), I was allowed to enter.I visited with a companion and ordered the following:- Chiyo Maboroshi Pork Loin Set Meal (JPY 4,700)- Ebisu Mochi Pork Tenderloin Cutlet Set Meal (JPY 3,050)- Chicken Tender Cutlet (JPY 500)- Homemade Juicy Minced Cutlet (JPY 500)Lunch is limited to 60 minutes, and the dishes were served sequentially starting 10 minutes after ordering. The Chicken Tender Cutlet was incredibly tender, so soft that it felt like I didn’t need my teeth. The batter had a subtle flavor, making it delicious even without any dipping sauce. The Minced Cutlet was very juicy, releasing meat juices without being greasy, and it was also quite tasty. Both the Chicken Tender Cutlet and Minced Cutlet were side dishes, but their quality was high, and I highly recommend trying them if you have room in your stomach. The Chiyo Maboroshi Pork Loin had plenty of fat, yet it wasn’t greasy at all, making it very easy to eat. Given that I’ve been avoiding fatty cuts lately, I found this dish to be exceptional. The Ebisu Mochi Pork Tenderloin Cutlet was also tender, and I particularly enjoyed the strong flavor of the meat.Despite eating a substantial amount, I didn’t feel heavy in my stomach, which speaks to the quality of the ingredients and preparation. The staff had a pleasant demeanor and engaged with us just enough, contributing to a wonderful dining experience.
