Located just a 3-4 minute walk from Omotesando Station, I visited this restaurant for the first time with two colleagues. The exterior exudes an unusual luxury that sets it apart, and I was filled with excitement about what kind of sushi we would enjoy once we stepped inside.The interior is very simple yet impeccably clean, and the chef and his apprentices radiate a sense of cleanliness and professionalism. Their movements are not just routine; they create each dish with care and attention, leaving a lasting impression.We started with some appetizers. Each dish was unlike anything I had tasted before, bursting with flavor. The sushi featured incredibly fresh ingredients, showcasing the rarest cuts, which melted in my mouth. The size of the rice and fish was perfect, and the presentation was stunning, truly embodying the experience of top-tier sushi.I left feeling that I may never have sushi this delicious again in my lifetime. I hope to return someday. It was a great meal.
