A Dinner for Mother's Day with Two FamiliesBoth of our elderly mothers look forward to this dinner every year, and they were excited after looking at photos of last year's dishes in advance. On the day of our visit, the staff showed us incredible kindness, which truly surprised us and we are very grateful for it. Both mothers were deeply moved, and we sincerely thank you.All the dishes were so delicious that I feel embarrassed to only say they were tasty, but especially the dishes featuring jun-sai (water shield) and the dish with Japanese radish served with white rice were particularly memorable. I would love to come back and enjoy them again on my own. The water used in the dishes also has a connection to our mothers, making for a truly wonderful time and atmosphere along with the food. We look forward to visiting again next year.
