The delicate flavor of the soba combined perfectly with the saltiness of the caviar, creating a simple yet incredibly indulgent plate.✨The grilled dishes and small bowls were all crafted with care, allowing us to truly enjoy the flavors of the dashi and ingredients, rather than just flashy presentations.Finally, we were served a traditional meal with rice, miso soup, and side dishes.
