This restaurant is run by a chef who trained at Sushi Takumi, but since the head chef was absent, I was served by the second-in-command.The sushi had a nice vinegar flavor in the rice.The marinated medium fatty tuna was especially delicious.I couldn't take photos of the appetizers as photography was prohibited, but the abalone liver sauce was absolutely amazing!It was a great meal!
