I visited l'algorithme for lunch, just a short walk from Ebisu.The dishes served in this sophisticated space were truly delicious from start to finish!Here are the standout items:○ Free-range chicken wings and thighs: They were astonishingly tender and packed with flavor, which left me in awe!○ Houbou (fish): The cooking was perfect, enhancing the quality of the ingredients.○ Iberico pork: Juicy and bursting with flavor with every bite.Given the quality and portion sizes, I felt the price was incredibly reasonable.However, there was one slight disappointment regarding the atmosphere after the meal.We started at noon and finished around 1:30 PM, but the tea cups were swiftly cleared away, creating a sense of urgency as if we needed to settle the bill and leave quickly.I usually enjoy a leisurely French lunch that lasts about two hours, so I would have appreciated a bit more time to savor the experience.That said, the food was absolutely satisfying!
