I had been curious about it for a while, but I hadn’t been able to visit until now. Thank you to my manager for the invitation.The restaurant features an elegant interior with 8 counter seats, exuding a sense of luxury. From the moment I stepped in, I knew it was going to be delicious.The menu consists of a course only, and the lineup for the day was as follows:- Shrimp Paste- Shrimp- Whiting- Red Eggplant- Shiitake Mushroom- Clam- Corn- Swordfish Wrapped in Perilla- Fresh Squid- Squid Tentacles- Myoga- Botan Shrimp- Scallop with Seaweed- Fig- Anago (Sea Eel)- Red Miso Soup- Maitake, Shiitake, and Small Shrimp Tempura Rice BowlThe entire experience was truly impressive from start to finish. The shrimp paste at the beginning was incredibly delicious! I can’t even pick a favorite because everything was so good. Of course, the classic shrimp and whiting were excellent, but the seasonal corn and fig were also outstanding. The tempura batter was incredibly light, and I didn’t feel any heaviness in my stomach even towards the end. It was amazing.I don’t usually go out for tempura, but this was a very valuable experience. It was the best! Thank you to everyone who joined me.
