This is by far the most delicious yakitori I have ever had in my life. It completely changed my perception of yakitori. The appetizers and side dishes have unique flavors that you won't find in other yakitori restaurants, making them incredibly tasty and never boring. The grilling technique used for the yakitori creates a wonderful texture, and the seasoning and salt levels are just perfect. The chicken fat is exceptionally delicious. I was truly impressed.
