This time, I visited the Nagoya location, "Nishiki."From grilled sweetfish to sweetfish confit, and from Ezo deer loin to tenderloin, as well as tempura made from mushrooms I had never tried before, every dish was exquisite! These flavors are truly unique and may only be found here.At Yanagiya Nishiki, a celebrated establishment for Gifu's local cuisine, you can feel the delicate craftsmanship in every dish.
