I finally made a reservation through OMAKASE and visited Yakitori Taniguchi, which I've been longing to try. Currently, Saori, one of the apprentices, is grilling the skewers. It's no surprise that the Kousaka chicken is delicious, but the perfect cooking technique makes the skin crispy while keeping the inside incredibly juicy—it's on a whole different level compared to regular yakitori places. Even the chicken breast sashimi with ginger soy sauce had a flavor I've never experienced before, and it was truly impressive. I will definitely come back. It was a great meal!
