On my last night in Hokkaido, I decided to splurge and enjoy some delicious food at Fenetre. I even brought my boots just for this occasion, so I was fully prepared. We were seated on the second floor, which has three tables. True to the restaurant's name, each table is set by large windows, offering a fantastical view of the illuminated white birch forest outside.For the second course, we had the surf clam and cucumber dish. The cucumber was a bit overpowering, and since it was quite chilly at night, I wondered if it would be too cold. However, all the other dishes were absolutely delicious. The wines were all unique, and although I received explanations about them, I didn’t quite understand. But they were so tasty! If you're traveling to Hokkaido, I highly recommend visiting this place! You will be truly impressed! (≧∀≦)
