I had the Shitakuu Lunch and a Horumon Mix. All the meats were seasoned perfectly, so I didn’t even need to dip them in sauce—just a squeeze of lemon occasionally. Every piece was delicious! I also ordered some liver sashimi on the side, and the white omasum and heart were crispy and delightful. Everything was so fresh! The preparation was flawless! I watched as they skillfully cut the meat right in front of me. The vibrant colors and perfectly trimmed edges of the meat looked so appetizing that I couldn't help but drool. The soft serve ice cream I had at the end was rich and had a caramel-like flavor, making it quite tasty. It was a great meal! I’ll definitely be back!
