Regular visits and consistently delicious.This time, the tori-gai (bird shellfish) was incredibly tasty.I'm so happy that it's the season for enjoying various shellfish.The firefly squid was plump, the shrimp was sweet, and the scallops with karasumi (dried mullet roe) were outstanding, along with my favorite anago (conger eel) and rolls.I always leave feeling truly satisfied! It was a great meal.
