The tongue from the Shitakuu Lunch, both the tip and the base, was incredibly delicious—I almost wanted to order more! I was astonished by the incredible taste and value of the trimmed liver! I was drawn in by the allure of fresh, non-frozen beef tongue, and I was right to order it; every piece of meat was exquisite and satisfying (๑´ڡ`๑). It was a great meal!
