I visited this restaurant for our wedding anniversary! The menu only listed the ingredients and the names of the producers, which really sparked my imagination! The conger eel was incredibly delicious, and I was truly impressed. Overall, the flavors of the salt and the ingredients really stood out, but I did feel that many dishes had a similar taste. The dessert was also very tasty! I definitely want to come back!
