I had been wanting to visit "Chisou Nishi Kenichi" even if it meant traveling all the way to Yaizu.What impressed me the most this time was the cooking technique. I was amazed at how the dishes could transform in flavor while still preserving the essence of the fish! Each course continued to surprise me.Additionally, I found the non-alcoholic pairings throughout the meal to be exceptional. They were thoughtfully crafted to complement each dish, making them more than just a substitute for alcohol; they enhanced the overall dining experience. (My companion, who had ordered the wine pairing, was envious as we expressed our admiration for the non-alcoholic options each time!)It felt like the entire course, including the pairings, was a complete experience in itself. Considering the quality of the food and pairings, I was extremely satisfied with the price.At the end, the chef personally helped with our belongings and kindly saw us off.While the food was outstanding, it was the warmth and attentiveness of the chef, sommelier, and staff that made our visit truly memorable. This is a place I would love to return to, even if it means traveling to Yaizu again. Thank you!
