This sushi was truly exceptional, featuring exquisite toppings made primarily from ingredients sourced in Amakusa and Kyushu. The rice was on the larger side, but the sensation and excitement I experienced when I took a bite was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. It’s hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. The balance of rice and toppings perfectly suited my palate, making for a truly memorable meal. I would love to visit this restaurant again if the opportunity arises.
