The owner, Mr. Anryu Hide, trained at various Yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo before taking over the family business from his grandmother, who was the previous owner, and the restaurant was renovated and reopened on March 9, 2022. The restaurant has irregular holidays, which are announced on their Instagram. Operating hours are from 5 PM to 11:30 PM.
