~Information~ ☆ Chef Kota Ono is from Awaji Island and serves as a tourism ambassador for the island. ☆ Awarded one Michelin star. Visited by two people Omakase course Japanese sake omakase (Approximately JPY 48,000 per person.) ~Memo~ I had been wanting to visit Ono ever since I heard about this wonderful restaurant that primarily uses ingredients from Awaji Island! I love Awaji Island so much that I go there twice a year just to buy onions, so this visit was truly a dream come true. Since it was my first time, I was a bit nervous, but the warm hospitality made me feel at ease, and I had a delightful time throughout my visit. Thank you for the generous service! Everything was incredibly delicious, and I loved every dish!
