There is a dress code, so everyone was dressed elegantly, contributing to a sophisticated atmosphere.【Order】Menu Déjeuner: JPY 12,000【Presentation & Taste】The appetizers included crackers, soup, and pâté, which were plentiful and raised my expectations. The shiitake mushroom wrapped in pastry was surprisingly thick, with a texture reminiscent of steak, making it very satisfying. The main dishes, both fish and meat, featured innovative cooking methods that offered unique flavors, which felt very fresh and enjoyable.
