⚫︎Hamburg Steak & Fried Kuruma Ebi (JPY 3,200)The presentation of the plate has become even more beautiful.The hamburg steak remains fluffy, with the juices perfectly sealed in, and the sauce adds depth to the flavor.The fried shrimp was also rich in umami and incredibly plump.This plate pairs well with both rice and bread, but this time I enjoyed it with bread and was very satisfied.As always, it was incredibly delicious.It was a great meal.
