We visited this restaurant for a family celebration of four. It was a place that my client had a close relationship with, and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to dine here.Overall, it was a delightful experience.The style of showcasing the ingredients was fascinating. We were amazed to see a large bone-in meat cut right in front of us, and as we imagined the cooking methods while asking questions, the beautifully plated dishes that arrived excited everyone—truly an experiential dining adventure.My "critic" wife was thoroughly pleased, saying, "The vegetables are different. Delicious! What’s this seasoning?"Our son, who usually prefers tonkatsu and yakiniku, was impressed, saying, "This clam is creamy, plump, and so tasty!" It might have been the moment he discovered the deliciousness of seafood.The grilled sea bream and the seafood soup, which seemed to be based on a bouillabaisse, were so delicious that I found myself asking for more bread multiple times.The beef steak had a deep aroma, and the dishes like ayu paella, pâté en croûte, and the cold appetizers of shrimp, eggplant, and tomato were all carefully seasoned to highlight the ingredients, leaving a lasting impression.Both the renowned chef and the young staff were all smiles, creating a pleasant atmosphere.Thanks to this experience, we had a wonderful family moment during the break in the rainy season.
