I made a reservation for OMAKASE during lunchtime on a weekday.Lunch is served in two sessions: 11:30 and 13:30.The regular unagi is JPY 5000, while the special unagi is JPY 7000.Once seated, I was shown the special unagi.While the unagi was being grilled, I enjoyed some simmered octopus.This octopus was also incredibly delicious.From my counter seat, I could watch the unagi being grilled and enjoy the aroma of charcoal.After about 20 minutes, the unagi was ready, served with a generous amount of sauce and carefully prepared rice.The special unagi features a fluffy texture and refined fat, allowing for a delicate mouthfeel.It was grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it the most delicious unagi I have ever had.I definitely want to visit again.
