I arrived a bit late, but the chef and staff warmly welcomed me. All the nigiri sushi was delicious, and the balance between the toppings and the sushi rice was exceptional—truly a traditional Edomae sushi experience. Having just the nigiri sushi for lunch was a sublime experience! I forgot to take a picture of the squid, though.
