Chef Ikemi's dishes always have a presence that makes them feel like the main attraction, and I am truly grateful to have experienced that again today.The most shocking dish was the first one, made with "Super Sweet" corn from Towada. Different preparations of the Super Sweet corn were beautifully arranged on the plate, and I was left speechless by the incredible flavor.Despite not using anything but salt for seasoning, it was rich and intense in taste.Of course, every other dish was equally impressive, and before I knew it, time had flown by.
