You can't really say much about the quality of the meat at Sawaishi, but this time, the outside skirt and hanging tender were absolutely incredible! The flavor of the meat was astonishing, and there was no greasiness at all. I was blown away from the very first bite of the tongue. It was a great meal. I’ll be back next year!
