The sushi is, of course, delicious, but what I truly love is the atmosphere and vibe created by Kaizan-san.There are even some provocative nigiri, and the experience is enjoyable from start to finish with its unique stories.They also offer a great selection of Japanese sake, including some brands I had never encountered before.He is a genius sushi chef!
