Once again, I enjoyed a wonderful lineup of Japanese sake with my lovely friends, comparing hot and cold varieties. I could keep sipping on the crab endlessly. This time, the dishes had a strong Japanese flavor. We were served sweetfish from Lake Biwa. The tantanmen was impressive, featuring a large clam!
