Dishes like conger eel, sea urchin, young sweetfish, tenderloin, and foie gras kept coming one after another, all incredibly luxurious. The dessert was also outstanding, and even when I requested curry, they served it with a smile, without any hint of displeasure. I always travel to Kyoto with the purpose of enjoying the cuisine at Gion Nishi. Thank you for your warm hospitality as always.
