The standout dish is the specialty "Turnip." This recipe has remained unchanged since the restaurant's inception. The turnip is slow-cooked for 4 hours and roasted in burnt butter. With each bite, an abundance of turnip juice bursts forth, filling the mouth with subtle sweetness, spiciness, and the inherent umami of the turnip. I was moved by the technique that elevates such a simple ingredient. The interior exudes luxury and a calm atmosphere. The service is excellent, truly deserving of a three-star establishment. It was a great meal.
