I made a reservation about three days ago after hearing that there was an opening. Here are some of the skewers that particularly surprised and delighted me:〇 Kue (Grouper)The cooking was exceptional. It was perfectly rare and tender, making it incredibly delicious.〇 Awaji OnionVery crispy. I could really taste the sweetness of the onion.〇 Quail EggThe white was soft, and I never expected to be so impressed by quail. In between, they also served refreshing cold soba noodles. The explanations were thorough, and the hospitality was excellent.Of course, they also offered high-quality ingredients in their kushikatsu, which were very tasty. However, perhaps because I had something to compare it to, I felt the difference more with the menu items typically found at regular-priced kushikatsu restaurants. This is just my personal opinion, but I thought if the course had a bit less quantity, I could enjoy a wider variety when ordering freely. However, since the courses start all at once, it seems difficult to adjust the quantity for individuals.
