I had lunch here. The restaurant was fully booked, but I was able to wait in a cool waiting room that accommodated six people.After about 30 minutes, I was shown to a counter seat. The interior had dim lighting, creating an elegant and calm atmosphere.Here’s what I ordered:- Tamagoyaki (Half) @ JPY 660- Coarse Soba @ JPY 1,210- Tofu Soba @ JPY 1,760The tamagoyaki was fluffy and creamy, with a delightful balance of saltiness, sweetness, and umami from the dashi. It reminded me of the eggs used in Akashiyaki.The coarse soba had a nice chewiness and a rich aroma. The slightly gritty texture from the buckwheat husks and the firm bite were very pleasant. The dipping sauce was mild, which complemented the flavor of the soba well.The tofu soba had tofu placed on top of the coarse soba. The creamy richness of the tofu harmonized beautifully with the soba. Additionally, the shorter length of the soba made it easy to eat.The staff provided attentive service. The total bill was JPY 3,600. I was very satisfied with the delicious soba. It was a great meal!
